116 SLICE AND SPICE - MAKE YOUR OWN BEEF JERKYFood, Wine, and Entertaining
Oven or Dehydrator? Smoker or Air-Fryer? Come taste home-made beef jerky and make some of your own to take home! You will learn how to choose the meat, price points to look for, and what to avoid. Then, Andrew will walk you through how to cut the meat. You will practice the craft on your own piece of meat. Participants will marinade their own meat and cook at home. For those who do not want to cook at home, Andrew will take it home and do it for you using a dehydrator.
