Health and WellnessInstructors: Cynthia Garcia and Corinne Hupp, Wolfhound Alumni (Class of ‘09) andOwner of Hupp to It Sports Recovery Join us for a transformative journey of self-discovery in our Yoga Poses and Relaxation Techniques class, where participants of all levels are guided through the ancient art of yoga. Led by a seasoned yoga instructor, this class combines the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, emphasizing proper alignment and mindful breathing. Cynthia Garcia will teach students a variety of poses, from foundational asanas to more advanced stretches, fostering flexibility, strength, and inner tranquility. Corinne Hupp will concentrate on anatomy, mobility exercises, and how to connect brain to body, body to spirit. With a focus on relaxation techniques, participants will also explore meditation and deep-breathing exercises, leaving each session rejuvenated and equipped with tools for cultivating a calm and centered mind.
