133 MORNING MOVEMENT, BREATH WORK AND MEDITATION

Join us for a 90 minute group yoga practice with ample time for breath practice, meditation, and a big, relaxing, luxurious savasana (or yogic rest). This class will be open to beginners and seasoned yogis alike but know it's most appropriate for you if you can independently get up and down from the floor. With lots of clear instruction, as well as space to ask questions, students will learn breath regulation practices that facilitate a meditative state. Movement will also help address the common wiggles and internal interruptions towards a deeper and sustained relaxation. Students will leave this class with a warmed, worked body, open breath, and a much calmer interior. Maiga Milbourne has been practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork since 2010 leading international and domestic retreats in places like Vietnam, St Lucia, and Colorado. Maiga is also the wife of Saint Patrick teacher and Assistant Middle School Director, Kevin Price.
