110 UNWIND & RESET: Yoga and Breathwork

Join us for a one-night, extended yoga and breathwork class with Maiga Milbourne, a local yoga teacher and Wolfhound parent. This 75-minute class offers strong, accessible movement, calming breathwork, and deep relaxation—designed to help you stretch, unwind, and reset. This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. No prior yoga experience required. CLASS LOCATION/TIME: Norfolk Acupuncture, 202 W. 22nd Street, Norfolk. CLASS TIME: 6:30-7:45 pm. SPECIAL NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in.
