Instructor: Ashley Hartson Class Location: Movement is Medicine, 4210 Colley Avenue, Suite A, Norfolk Class Time: 6:00-8:00 This isn’t just another workout class. It’s a space designed for teen girls and with teen girls in mind. If you’ve lifted before, fantastic. If you haven’t, you’re in exactly the right place. You already know more than you think, and Coach Ashley Hartson will guide you with patience, encouragement, and clear instruction. Strength training during the teen years is essential: it supports healthy bone development, boosts confidence, helps prevent injury in daily life and sports, improves posture, increases energy, and teaches girls to feel capable and strong. It also builds mental resilience through a community that celebrates progress over perfection. We will focus on exercises that empower both body and mind, helping teen girls step into their strength with courage and joy, and leave feeling stronger!
