Class Location: Movement is Medicine, 4210 Colley Avenue, Suite A, Norfolk Class Time: 6:00-8:00PM Join us for a performance training class for tweens and teens hosted by Coach Ashely Hartson at Movement is Medicine Strength and Conditioning in Norfolk! Designed for all students, from beginners to aspiring elite athletes, this session focuses on building strength, improving agility, enhancing coordination, and boosting confidence. Performance training helps adolescents develop foundational movement skills, reduce the risk of injury, and promote overall physical and mental health. No matter their starting point, participants will leave feeling empowered and ready to excel in sports and daily activities. Let’s move!
