Nothing is faster and more efficient than working out in your own home. But let’s face it, most of us lack the motivation and knowledge to create our own fitness routine from scratch. Wolfhound parent and founder of Iron Maidens Fitness, Alison Dahl designed this class to teach you how to easily craft your home workout routine.This class is perfect for anyone looking to establish a home workout routine or supplement an existing routine and is open to women of all shapes, sizes and ability levels. Participants will be taken through a warmup, full body workout focusing on strength and cardio, and a cool down. Following the workout, participants will learn exactly how to create similar workouts simply and easily for their own use. Each participant will leave the class with a thorough list of exercises and an understanding of strength and cardio moves that they can mix and match for a complete full body workout that can be done with or without equipment. Participants also receive a week of free Bootcamp at Iron Maidens Fitness.
